We provide in-house tooling services, with three toolmakers accumulating over 70 years experience in the industry.
All our extrusion tooling is designed, manufactured and tested in-house. In addition, we can reverse engineer any profile back to a digital drawing.
With this wealth of experience, we have developed a unique system that reduces tooling manufacturing time. This system also allows us to tune dies and calibrators more efficiently.
We use Charmilles EDM, capable of an accuracy of 3 microns, with the addition of bespoke software specially commissioned for Charmilles EDM.
All our tooling are tested in house and tuned by our experienced tool commissioners.
